Terms and Conditions

LATE PAYMENT: Starting August 5, 2022, new penalties for all buyers who pay later than their due dates are as follows: 1. Low priority on POB (if available). 2. Low priority on shipment. 3. Other paid items will not be shipped until balance is settled. 4. Late payment fee still applies.

The following are the new late payment fees that will be strictly imposed: ➡️ Small to medium items worth Php999 and below: Php50 per invoice on the first week. ➡️ Large to Bulky items worth Php1,000 and above: Php100 per invoice on the first week. Late payment fees apply automatically a day after your due date, and will continue to incur for as long as the dues are not settled yet. For example, your invoice is due on October 15, and you failed to pay on time, 100 (for big items, 50 for small) LPF will be added automatically on your invoice the next day. If you still haven't paid on the 8th day from your due date, this will be considered as the 2nd week already, so another 100 will be added on your invoice. 1st to 7th day is considered first week. 8th to 14th day is considered 2nd week. So regardless if you paid a day after your due date, your LPF would still be 50 or 100 or if you paid 10 days after your due date, your LPF would double. CANCELLATION: After confirming your order, your items will be reserved or secured immediately, so cancellation will not be allowed. The only time I will allow it is when there's an emergency situation. In this case, you have to provide necessary proof. Please be reminded that I'm not a big shop/seller and only have a limited market, so re-selling your items might be a burden for me.

CANCELLATION FEE: If you insist on cancelling your orders, a Php300 fee will be collected for every item when it has been secured. Php100 when items are not yet secured, but an order form is submitted. Please note that once your items are secured, you will receive an invoice.

DOWNPAYMENT: Some items require a minimal downpayment. Once items are secured, new buyers are required to pay their DPs within 24 hours, and returning buyers can pay within a week. DPs are non-refundable regardless of the amount you paid. In case a DP is required to secure a slot, please be reminded that your items will be secured only upon receipt of your payment. No DP = not secured.

ORDER FORFEITURE: Your order will be forfeited when your invoice is over due for 6 months and above. Any items that you have paid will not be shipped out, and will be sold. This will serve as an inconvenience fee.

REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGE: Please always make an unboxing video once you received your parcel. Videos must be raw and not edited or cut. Tiktok videos or other apps will not be accepted and will be considered as tampered. I will not be held accountable for your items that are damaged due to courier's handling. Photos and videos of your items will be provided before and after packaging. When the items are sealed, please note that any defects on the inclusions are beyond my control, so these are NOT subject for any refunds.

SHIPPING VIA SHOPEE: Shopee checkouts impose a risk of missing or lost parcels, so it will not be recommended. Please make sure that you are fully consented when you choose Shopee checkout; otherwise, I will not be held accountable for any issues that may occur.

BUYERS THAT ARE MINORS: If you are a minor, please always make sure that you have full consent from your parents or guardians. You must also show proof that you are capable of paying your dues or have asked permission from your parents.

JOY/BOGUS BUYERS: Joy reservers and bogus buyers will be banned from ordering from me and will be posted in social media for awareness.

IMPATIENT BUYERS: All items are under Normal ETA. It takes about 4-6 weeks after ship-out from Korea. Please consider the following factors: Date of release; how long Weverse will ship the orders in korean address; the time korean consols need to sort and ship out our orders. Again, ETA will only start once shipped out from Korea. If you are an impatient buyer, please do not order.

PAYMENT UPON ARRIVAL: Most of our items have DOPs that are upon arrival. Upon arrival means items are either in PH customs or in my local consol/supplier's address. Updates will always be posted when your items are arriving. Please prepare your payments as soon as possible. Only 3 day-grace period will be given. Again, no excuses for a very long deadline of payment.
